Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years' experience in a retail store management capacity.
• Knowledge on sales & service management.
• Budgeting knowledge.
• Business understanding of retail trade, brand, customer & product.

Responsibilities

• Stock Management: Ensure stock is received, unpacked, merchandised and replenished on the floor.
• Sales Growth & Profitability: Analyse sales and profitability to drive operational plans and increase sales.
• Risk Management: Conduct compliance checks to enforce store policies and procedures.
• Customer Experience Management: Maintain customer service standards through promotions, pricing, and housekeeping.
• Leadership & Development: Lead and develop store team to meet KPIs and coaching needs.
• Innovation: Implement head office innovations to improve in-store processes.
