Placements24 is seeking a Store Manager for their flagship Pretoria store. You will lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure premium customer service while upholding brand standards.

You will recruit and mentor a high-performing team, manage visual merchandising, inventory, budgets, and schedules, and partner with senior leadership to deliver an outstanding shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations in Pretoria .

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience, preferably in fashion or luxury goods.
• Demonstrated success in leading and motivating a team to achieve sales targets.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, visual merchandising, and customer service principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in retail POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required for a retail environment in Gauteng .
