Job summary

Totalsports, part of the TFG group, is seeking a Store Manager for the Canal Walk store in Western Cape. The role is on-site and involves driving turnover, controlling expenses, and leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of retail experience with 1 year in store leadership, plus a Matric certificate. You will oversee merchandising, recruitment, development, and performance management to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• A Matric certificate.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience with a minimum of 1 year store leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive turnover to ensure the achievement of targets.
• Controlling expenses.
• Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard.
• People management, including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations, performance management.
• Executing in-store merchandising strategy and standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our customers.
