Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage daily store operations to meet targets and customer service standards.
• Ensure stock is received, unpacked, merchandised and replenished.
• Monitor stock levels and control stock loss.
• Maintain stockroom housekeeping and authorize write offs/returns.
• Analyse sales and profitability reports to plan actions and increase sales.
• Provide feedback to support centre on product performance.
• Lead and develop team to achieve KPIs and implement training.
• Recruit and manage performance per company policies.
• Implement innovation initiatives from Head Office to improve processes.
