Job summary

Volpes, situated at Gateway in Durban, seeks a Store Manager (45hr) to lead a busy retail team. The role drives turnover, controls expenses, and ensures stock integrity while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will recruit, develop staff and manage performance to uphold merchandising standards across the store. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in retail with at least 1 year in leadership, proven customer focus, and strong planning and negotiation abilities.
