Job summary

TFG Limited in Vereeniging seeks a Store Manager for Volpes to drive turnover, manage staff and ensure excellent customer service on-site.

The ideal candidate has a Matric certificate and at least 3 years of retail experience, including 1 year in store leadership. You will lead merchandising, control expenses, prevent stock losses, and deliver the company’s service standards.

• Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard
• People management, including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations, performance management
• Executing in-store merchandising strategy and standards
• Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our customers
