Job summary

TFG Limited in Tzaneen is seeking a Store Manager to lead the Exact store at Tzaneen Mall. The role focuses on driving turnover, delivering exceptional customer service, and executing merchandising standards to meet targets.

You will manage staff, controls costs, and ensure stock integrity while building customer loyalty and leading a high-performance team on-site in Limpopo. 45 hours weekly; on-site position with growth opportunities within the Exact brand.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate is required for eligibility.
• At least 3 years retail experience with a minimum of 1 year store leadership experience.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Driving turnover to ensure the achievement of targets
• Controlling expenses
• Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard
• People management, including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations, performance management
• Executing in-store merchandising strategy and standards
• Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our customers
