TFG (The Foschini Group) is seeking a store leadership professional to drive turnover, control costs and manage staff in a busy retail environment. You will lead recruitment, development and performance management while implementing merchandising standards and delivering customer service excellence.

Preference will be given to candidates with 3+ years in retail and at least 1 year of store leadership experience, capable of building loyalty and delivering results in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience with at least 1 year in store leadership.

• Managing stock losses to keep shrinkage in line with policy.
