Job summary

TFG Limited, operating under the Jet brand in Knysna, is seeking a store leader to drive turnover and deliver exceptional customer service. You will manage staff, merchandising standards and loss prevention while ensuring strong relationships with customers and the broader team.

The role requires at least 3 years in retail with a minimum of 1 year in store leadership, a matric certificate, and a proactive, customer-focused approach. This is a full-time on-site position in Knysna.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate is required.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience with at least 1 year store leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive turnover to achieve targets and maximize sales.
• Control store expenses to meet budget expectations.
• Manage stock losses and shrinkage in line with company standards.
• Lead people through recruitment, development, and performance management.
• Execute in-store merchandising strategy and standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and fulfil customer demands.
