Job summary

Jet in Knysna is seeking a store leader to drive turnover and manage daily retail operations. You will lead staff, recruit and develop teams, maintain merchandising standards, and ensure outstanding customer service.

The role focuses on controlling costs, reducing shrinkage, and delivering on targets within a busy store environment. The ideal candidate has a matric and at least 3 years of retail experience, including 1 year in a leadership role, with a strong focus on customer value and selling
