Job summary

Luxity in Cape Town is seeking a seasoned retail store manager to lead daily operations at our flagship store. You will drive sales targets, ensure policy compliance, and uphold luxury service standards while maintaining standout store presentation.

The role requires 5-10 years of retail management, exceptional organisation, systems proficiency, and the ability to lead by example under pressure. This is not an entry-level position and offers a performance-based commission structure.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of retail management experience.
• Extremely organised with excellent memory recall.
• Strong knowledge of systems and processes, as well as a high level of computer proficiency.
• Excellent knowledge of luxury customer service.
• Able to identify and action issues proactively, without micromanagement.
• Strong leadership with the ability to enforce company policies and procedures.
• Deadline-driven, reliable, and solutions-focused.
• Able to multitask effectively and remain calm under high-pressure conditions.
