Responsibilities include merchandising execution, stock loss prevention, people management, and ensuring customer satisfaction through service excellence and effective sales conversations.

Formación

• Matric certificate is required.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience with at least 1 year store leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Drive turnover to achieve targets.
• Control expenses.
• Manage stock losses to keep shrinkage in line with company standards.
• People management, including recruitment, staff development, employee relations, performance management.
• Execute in-store merchandising strategy and standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering our customer service strategy and meeting customer demands.
