Job summary

Mr Price Group Careers is seeking a Store Supervisor for Mall Of Africa to support store management in daily operations, ensuring objectives, targets and customer service standards are met or exceeded.

You will drive sales through customer experience processes, mentor store associates, manage stock, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 is required.
• 2–3 years' experience in retail supervisory capacity.
• Knowledge of sales and service management.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Business understanding of retail trade, brand, customer and product.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through customer experience processes to meet standards and targets.
• Meet customer service standards and achieve sales targets, including new accounts.
• Maintain floor housekeeping and visual merchandise standards.
• Assist in driving team KPIs and operational strategy with coaching and mentoring.
• Ensure stock is received, unpacked, merchandised and floor replenishment is maintained.
• Oversee stockroom maintenance and compliance checks including audits and safety standards.
