Job summary

Mr Price Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead a premium brand store in South Africa, delivering exceptional customer experiences across our stores. You will drive sales, coach a team, and ensure operations run smoothly with strong brand alignment.

You will manage people, stock, merchandising and displays while maintaining a high standard of service, coaching the team to embody the brand values and guest-centric culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a store management role.
• Knowledge of various POS and stock management systems.
• Experience in people management.
• Experience in a customer-centric brand
• Strong business orientation

Responsibilities

• Meeting and exceeding sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to the store team
• Build extensive product knowledge of key products and product categories and coach the team in this knowledge
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and a deep understanding of our customer experience
• Day-to-day store management and operations including managing and recruiting staff, merchandising, stock management, display management, event coordination
• Ensure that the look and feel of the store promotes a positive customer experience and is in keeping with our brand
• Oversee all store related processes and continually look at ways to improve them. Regular connections with the retail leadership team ensuring key projects and goals are being achieved
