AnyVan Ltd. in Cape Town is seeking a Head of Storage to sit at the intersection of sales, service and operations, owning the P&L, the team, and the systems that make it all run.

You’ll build a Storage business that scales, lead a cross‑functional team across sales and ops, and turn a growing roster into a unit that hits its numbers without firefighting. This role measures success by conversion lift, revenue growth, CSAT, SLA adherence and debt recovery, and you’ll own the data hub, dashboards

Qualifications

• Experience leading a combined sales-and-service operation with commercial ownership.
• Experience in high-volume, phone-based, customer-facing roles.
• Comfort owning a P&L and the trade-offs that come with it.
• Strong data fluency across CRM and support tooling.
• Interest and hands-on experience deploying AI tools.
• Proven track record scaling teams and implementing simple, durable processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the Storage P&L end to end including revenue, margin and debt recovery.
• Drive lead-to-booking conversion, set targets and coach the team to hit them.
• Ensure onboarding, redelivery, billing, collections have owners, SLAs and escalation paths.
• Recruit, coach and structure the team for scale and codify the culture.
• Own the reporting hub and dashboards, proactively deriving insights.
