Job summary

AnyVan is seeking a Head of Storage to lead a cross-functional team across sales, service and operations. You will own the P&L, drive conversion, pricing and debt recovery while coaching a growing team and ensuring reliable, data-driven decisions.

You will manage onboarding, redelivery, billing and collections with defined SLAs, build scalable processes and report on performance. This role blends commercial leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-moving logistics tech environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a combined sales-and-service operation with real commercial ownership in a high-volume, customer-facing role.
• Comfortable owning a P&L and the trade-offs that come with it.
• Track record leading teams of 10+ across multiple functions and coaching managers.
• Strong data fluency across CRM and support tooling (HubSpot, Zoho, Freshdesk or similar).
• Passion for AI and hands-on experience deploying AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the Storage P&L end-to-end: revenue, conversion, margin and debt recovery.
• Drive lead-to-booking conversion, set targets, and coach the team to hit them.
• Oversee onboarding, redelivery, complaints, billing, collections with clear ownership and SLAs.
• Recruit, coach and structure the team as it scales and set the culture by example.
• Own the reporting hub and actively analyse dashboards to understand real performance.
