Job summary

Network Finance invites a high-energy sales professional to grow and manage a portfolio of warehouse storage solutions. You will identify opportunities across logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, retail, and mining, while driving a full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

You will conduct site surveys, propose tailored storage solutions, and build long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the South Africa market.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 is required.
• 3–5 years external sales experience in storage systems or material handling.
• Proven B2B sales and new business development track record.
• Experience selling industrial products and warehouse solutions.
• Understanding of warehouse operations and basic design principles.
• Ability to read and interpret warehouse layouts and plans.
• CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, retail, distribution, mining, agriculture and automotive.
• Drive proactive prospecting through cold calling, networking, customer visits and industry events.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Conduct warehouse site surveys and assessments to understand customer storage requirements.
• Recommend and develop tailored storage solutions to maximise warehouse capacity and efficiency.
• Prepare quotations and technical/commercial proposals.
• Participate in tenders and coordinate competitive submissions.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts within guidelines.
• Develop relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and repeat business.
• Work with Design and Operations teams to ensure technical feasibility.
• Maintain accurate CRM information, forecasts and pipeline reporting.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
