Job summary

Staff Solutions Recruitment is hiring for a stock control and logistics support role. You will manage SAP-based receiving and stock control, perform goods verification, and support local shipments, picking and collections.

The role emphasizes accuracy, documentation integrity and collaboration with coordinators, purchasing, logistics and management to ensure audit-ready records and compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP goods receiving and stock control.
• Proficient with Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Ability to reconcile stock quantities with system records.
• Strong numeracy and attention to detail.
• Experience in receiving, warehousing, stock control, picking and dispatch.
• Valid Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of tasks such as goods quantity verification and stock control in SAP.
• Support local consolidated shipments and order picking/collections.
• Maintain accurate receiving, picking and dispatch documentation and POD control.
• Verify incoming/outgoing goods against documentation and system records.
• Identify shortages, overages, incorrect items, and damaged goods and escalate.
• Maintain audit-ready records and assist with documentation for audits.
