Responsibilities

• Receive and check all deliveries
• Maintain accurate stock records
• Conduct regular stock takes and reconciliations
• Issue stock to the relevant departments
• Monitor stock levels and identify shortages or discrepancies
• Maintain an organised and secure stores area
• Assist with ordering and procurement
• Control wastage and ensure correct stock rotation
• Maintain accurate invoices and supporting documentation
• Support the General Manager with stock reporting and administration
