Senior Stock Controller

Location: Rivonia
Salary: R15 000 p.m

Our client is looking for a balance and mature Senior Stock Controller who is energetic and self‑motivated. Some with the ability to work under pressure and put in extra efforts to meet tight deadlines while paying close attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Weekly feedback to management regarding outstanding queries or issues
• Check and GRV new stock
• Ensure all stock is merchandised on sales floor and pricing kept up to date
• Check all IBT's & update stock file
• Sending Invoices to finance weekly
• Supervise Stock Room staff to ensure all duties are carried out
• Quarterly Stock Takes
• Stock control, including stock management and deliveries
• Managing of the Stock Room according to the systems, policies and procedures
• Picking of stock, checking all stock that leaves the Stock Room
• Ensure that the Stock Room is organized in the agreed method and that the stock flow is managed in an effective way
• Monthly Reports as requested by Branch Manager
• Stock Takes and Hazard Counts as per the agreed procedures
• Maintenance all equipment used in the Stock Room
• Records and checks quantity and quality of goods received
• Maintains safe work environment according to company and labour procedures
