Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Residential Property Manager for a portfolio of properties in Stellenbosch, Western Cape. The role focuses on tenant satisfaction, property standards, and maximizing rental income, with a blend of hands-on management and strategic oversight.

You will oversee tenant relations, coordinate repairs, and manage administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with South Africa's landlord-tenant laws.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in residential property management.
• Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and regulations.
• Strong organizational, time management and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with property management software such as Yardi or AppFolio is a plus.
• Ability to handle difficult situations professionally.

Aufgaben

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties in Stellenbosch, Western Cape.
• Handle all aspects of tenant relations including screening, leasing, move-ins and move-outs.
• Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, maintenance requests and complaints.
• Coordinate and supervise property maintenance, repairs and improvements.
• Conduct regular property inspections for lease compliance and standards.
• Collect rent and manage overdue payments; take appropriate action.
• Prepare financial reports for property owners (income/expenses).
• Ensure compliance with landlord-tenant laws and local regulations.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to secure services and quality work.
