Insense is a remote-first platform helping brands work with creators. We’re seeking a hands-on Senior Content Marketing Specialist who can turn complex ideas into engaging content that supports lead generation, partnerships, and sales.

You’ll write emails, long-form content like ebooks and guides, and other B2B materials. Open to LATAM, MENA, and Eastern Europe; in EMEA, hours align with 8 AM–12 PM EST. This is a fully remote contractor role paid in USD.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in content marketing or related roles.
• Strong English writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience creating long-form content like ebooks, guides, reports.
• Experience with email marketing and lead generation.
• Ability to turn product information and insights into content.
• Comfortable owning projects from research to delivery.
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit ebooks, guides, reports, case studies, landing pages, and thought leadership content.
• Create newsletters and nurture sequences, event follow-ups, and other email campaigns.
• Develop content for sponsorships, partnerships, webinars, and events.
• Research industry trends, customer challenges, and competitor activity.
• Interview internal experts and turn knowledge into market-facing content.
• Collaborate with Growth and Product Marketing on campaigns and lead generation.
• Coordinate content projects with designers, freelancers, and stakeholders.
• Maintain the content calendar and ensure timely delivery.
• Review content performance and use insights to improve future work.
• Use AI tools to work efficiently while maintaining quality.

About the role

We're looking for a hands-on Senior Content Marketing Specialist who can turn complex ideas into engaging content that supports lead generation, partnerships, and sales. You'll create email campaigns, long-form content, and other B2B marketing materials.

Open to candidates based in LATAM, MENA, and Eastern Europe. Candidates in EMEA must be available between 8 AM and 12 PM EST and other hours can be async.

Required

• 4+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, brand content, or a related role
• Strong English writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Experience creating long-form content such as ebooks, guides, reports, or thought leadership articles
• Experience with email marketing, lead generation, sponsorships, or partner campaigns
• Ability to turn product information, industry insights, and customer pain points into compelling content
• Comfortable owning projects from research and writing through review and final delivery
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Bonus Points

• Experience in influencer marketing, UGC, the creator economy, MarTech, or AdTech
• Experience creating webinars, case studies, sales materials, or founder-led content
• Experience in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, agencies, or tech-enabled services
• Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or AI content tools
