Job summary

Crew Life at Sea Ltd. is seeking a Sports Activities Manager to design and run diverse sports programs for guests aboard ships, spanning all ages and skill levels. You will lead a team of coordinators and instructors, ensure safety, and manage equipment and facilities.

Collaborating with other departments, you will promote activities, analyze guest feedback, and oversee budgets, while staying current with industry trends in sports and recreation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Recreation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing sports activities and events.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of various sports and recreational activities.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
