The role requires 5+ years in facility management with a focus on sports or recreational venues, budget oversight, staff supervision, vendor relations, and strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in facility management, with a focus on sports or recreational venues.
• Proven experience in budget management, staff supervision, and vendor relations.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to sports facilities.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all day-to-day operations of the sports facility, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules for grounds, equipment, and buildings, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control for the facility.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of operational staff, including maintenance crews and customer service representatives.
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of the facility.
