About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and motivated Sports Centre Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day running of their flagship facility in Randburg . This role encompasses managing all aspects of the sports centre, including staff supervision, facility maintenance, customer service, financial oversight, and program delivery to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and profitable environment for members and guests. You will play a key role in enhancing the centre's reputation and achieving operational excellence within the competitive Leisure & Sports market.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational functions of the sports centre, including staffing, scheduling, and daily activities.
• Manage budgets, control expenses, and drive revenue generation through memberships and services.
• Ensure the facility is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and repair.
• Lead, train, and motivate the centre's staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance member satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Requirements
