About the Role

Our client, a leading recruitment consultancy, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Specialized Sales Recruitment Consultant to join their team in Upington, Northern Cape . This role is pivotal in identifying and securing top sales talent for a diverse range of clients, including those in the agricultural, mining, and industrial sectors prevalent in the region. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding client sales strategies and requirements to sourcing, assessing, and placing high-performing sales professionals. This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing for a blend of office-based collaboration in Upington and remote flexibility. Requirements
