Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience as Pediatric Nanny, Special Needs Caregiver, or similar role.
• Demonstrable experience with early intervention techniques and developmental disorders.
• Formal qualifications in Special Education, Pediatric Nursing, or Child Psychology are advantageous.
• First Aid and CPR certifications are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, individualized care for a child with developmental needs.
• Implement and support early intervention strategies and therapy goals.
• Maintain daily routines: feeding, hygiene, therapy schedules, and sleep.
• Create engaging activities to promote cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development.
• Maintain detailed progress records and notes on milestones or concerns.
• Liaise with parents and therapists to ensure cohesive care.
