Qualifikationen

• The candidate holds a Diploma or relevant qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
• Experience in spare-parts administration, inventory control or after-sales service is required.
• Strong MS Excel skills and ability to learn service-management/ERP systems.

Aufgaben

• Create, update, monitor and close after-sales service work orders.
• Track progress of repair, maintenance, warranty and customer-service cases.
• Coordinate spare-parts ordering, receiving, allocation and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate spare-parts inventory records and stock movements.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on open orders and stock availability.
• Analyse service and inventory data using Microsoft Excel.
• Ensure compliance with after-sales, inventory and reporting procedures.
