• Knowledge of parts identification and verifying technical compatibility.
• Experience managing quotations, negotiations and credit terms.
• Professional written and spoken English; able to engage with workshop and purchasing teams.
• Valid driver’s license; willing to travel regularly; SA work authorization.
• Proficient in Excel and CRM or sales-tracking tools.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate across teams.

Aufgaben

• Identify and develop new customers through prospecting, calls, referrals and visits.
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline with clear next actions and dates.
• Identify parts requirements using numbers, models and serials; confirm compatibility.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate within pricing, margin and credit limits.
• Promote maintenance parts and service kits to customers.
• Coordinate order fulfilment and ensure timely payment collection with warehouse and finance.
