Job summary

Exceed Human Resource Consultants in Stellenbosch seeks a dynamic International Sales Specialist fluent in Spanish to drive sales across Spain, Chile, Central America and Mexico. You will manage key accounts, grow new opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client projects.

The role requires experience selling physical products (wine/spirits preferred), strong forecasting, and the ability to travel internationally ~3 times per year.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing) is essential.
• Proven international sales experience outside Africa.
• Experience selling physical products, preferably wine and spirits.
• Strong key account management and business development experience.
• Experience working with international sales agents advantageous.
• Strong sales forecasting, pipeline management, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage international sales across designated Spanish-speaking markets (Spain, Chile, Central America, Mexico).
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships and key accounts.
• Identify and develop new international business opportunities through direct visits, calls, email, and virtual meetings.
• Act as the liaison between internal teams, customers, and international sales agents.
• Manage RFQs, customer projects, sales forecasts, pipelines, and repeat orders.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Plan and coordinate international sales trips and trade shows.
• Keep customers informed of new products and developments.
• Work with customer service and internal teams to ensure effective client and project management.
