Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' sales and marketing experience.
• Bilingual Afrikaans and English (non-negotiable).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Own transport and a valid driver's license.
• Grade 12 / Matric; degree or diploma in Marketing/Sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to meet budgeted targets and report monthly results.
• Submit monthly sales reports comparing vs. budget.
• Manage weekly activities to acquire new SME clients needing ISO/FS related services.
• Achieve monthly activity targets and provide weekly updates by Friday 15:00.
• Conduct cold, follow-up, and courtesy calls; email client communication.
• Schedule and run software demonstrations; visit clients.
• Manage Mailchimp subscriptions and engagement.
• Coordinate consultants' calendars with client projects and training.
• Organize training interventions and ensure client satisfaction.
• Liaise with clients, delegates, facilitators, and venues for smooth execution.
• Process delegate registrations and provide data for invoicing.
• Maintain CRM with up-to-date client information.
• Prepare and send client proposals/quotations within two working days.
• Develop professional client proposals for training services.
• Attend planning meetings, franchise sales meetings, and team reviews.
• Maintain organized electronic filing on OneDrive for client data.
• Respond to website inquiries within two working days.
• Support biannual customer satisfaction surveys and competitor benchmarking.
• Contribute to research supporting annual sales/marketing strategy.
• Perform ad hoc duties to support team and client relationships.
