Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' retail experience.
• Retail operations, space planning, store layouts experience.
• Strong administrative skills including documentation and reporting.
• Budget management and supplier coordination experience.
• Experience leading or coordinating a team.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard reporting tools.
• Familiarity with space planning software and related tools.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of ethics, compliance and company policies.
• Experience in space planning administration or category management is advantageous.
