This exciting opportunity is ideal for a passionate therapist who enjoys working directly with guests while taking ownership of the commercial and operational success of a busy spa environment. Unlike a purely administrative management role, this position requires a highly skilled professional who is actively involved in delivering treatments, mentoring therapists, and enhancing the overall guest experience. The successful candidate will oversee daily spa operations, maintain exceptional treatment standards, drive retail and treatment sales, and work closely with hotel departments to maximize guest engagement and spa bookings. The role requires a personable and proactive individual who can build strong guest relationships, identify client needs, and recommend suitable treatments and products confidently and professionally. This position offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated team, contribute to business growth, and create memorable wellness experiences for both hotel guests and the local community. Candidates should have strong massage, body and facial treatment knowledge, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven background in spa operations and team development. Experience with Dermalogica and/or Terres d'Afrique products will be advantageous.
