Qualifications

• Qualification in Business Management, Economics, Social Sciences, or related field.
• Proven experience in business development or social enterprise incubation.
• Strong understanding of social enterprise models and challenges.
• Excellent planning, research, and financial analysis skills.
• Experience in facilitating workshops and mentorship.
• Knowledge of funding mechanisms is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
