You will lead incubation programs, mentor social entrepreneurs, and connect ventures with funding and strategic partners. A strong background in enterprise development, fundraising, and financial modeling is essential

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 6-8+ years of experience in enterprise development, incubation, VC, or impact investing.
• Proven track record of launching and growing businesses, preferably social enterprises.
• Strong financial management, marketing, and operations understanding.
• Experience in fundraising, grants, or impact investment sourcing.
• Excellent networking, communication, and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and support new social enterprise initiatives in Rustenburg.
• Provide strategic guidance, mentorship, and business development support.
• Develop and manage incubation and acceleration programs.
• Assist enterprises in developing robust business plans and financial models.
• Facilitate access to seed funding, grants, and impact investment.
• Oversee performance of the portfolio, tracking social and financial metrics.
• Build relationships with investors, government agencies, and partners.
• Organize workshops, networking events, and training sessions.
• Ensure enterprises align with mission and social impact objectives.
