Qualifications

• Proven experience as Event Coordinator with portfolio of events.
• Experience in planning and executing charity or nonprofit events preferred.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of fundraising events, including venue selection and logistics.
• Develop event budgets and manage expenses to meet financial targets.
• Create event timelines and project plans to ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate event promotion and ticket sales with the marketing team.
• Manage event staff, volunteers, and on-site logistics during events.
• Liaise with donors, sponsors, and partners to exceed expectations.
