Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Fundraising and Events Officer to lead fundraising activities and organize impactful events in Mahikeng, generating revenue to support the organization's mission and visibility in the community.

The ideal candidate is creative, results-driven, with excellent logistical and communication skills to plan campaigns, manage budgets, cultivate donors and sponsors, and evaluate outcomes for growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in event management and fundraising.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Experience with donor management systems is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising events, campaigns, and appeals.
• Manage event logistics including venue, vendors, and budgets.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors and sponsors.
• Develop marketing and promotional materials for fundraising initiatives.
• Track fundraising progress, analyze results, and prepare post-event reports.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve fundraising targets.
