Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-unit management or district operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the operations of multiple business units within the assigned district.

• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures across all district locations.
• Train, mentor, and manage district staff, including site managers, to ensure high performance.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage budgets, and control operational expenses within the district.
• Conduct regular site visits and performance reviews to ensure compliance and identify improvement opportunities.
