Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients to understand event needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Develop detailed banquet event orders (BEOs) outlining menus, timings, staffing, and special requirements.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food and beverages.
• Oversee setup and breakdown of event spaces to meet client specs and hygiene standards.
• Serve as primary contact on event day for smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Manage event timelines, troubleshoot issues, and communicate with stakeholders.
