Job summary

wine.co.za is seeking an experienced Sous Chef or Senior CDP in Paarl to lead sections, uphold high culinary standards, and contribute across restaurant, casual dining and central production kitchens. You will mentor juniors, assist with menu development, and help manage costs in a busy, quality-driven kitchen.

The role requires 3–5+ years in quality restaurant kitchens, strong leadership, and the ability to thrive under pressure while growing into a senior kitchen leadership position.

Qualifications
