Job summary

Top Vitae is seeking a proactive Sourcing Operations Assistant to support the sourcing team by coordinating demand, supply, logistics, and finance-related tasks. You will assist the Head of Sourcing with backroom operations, analysis and reporting.

The role involves coordinating with logistics, tracking KPIs and completing tasks related to stock creation and harvest orders, with exposure to product management and exporters. Strong MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in agriculture or related field.
• 1-3 years of agribusiness, logistics or finance experience.
• Proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel; PowerBI advantageous.
• Fresh produce sourcing and procurement practices.
• Understanding of agricultural production cycles.
• MS Office 365 competency.

Responsibilities

• Communication & Reporting.
• Coordination of all sourcing supply, demand and planning.
• Liaison with Logistics department and Sourcing Stock Management.
• Tracking of Sourcing Department KPI measurements.
• Handle finance related requirements for department (SAP stock creation and harvest orders).
• Assist Head of Sourcing with product manager and third-party exporters.
• Customer order fulfilment and signing of invoices.
• Weekly Producer Analysis review & queries to stakeholders.
