Dante Personnel Recruitment (Pty) Ltd is seeking a commercially driven Solutions Manager to spearhead B2B sales of visitor management, access control, and operational technology solutions in Pretoria.

You will drive new business, present proposals, negotiate terms, and build strong client relationships. Travel to client sites is required, and a valid driver’s licence is essential. Salary is R20 000 - R25 000 CTC based on experience plus commission.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate.
• 3–7 years’ experience in B2B or technology sales.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Experience with client presentations, proposals and negotiations.
• CRM experience and good Microsoft Office skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.
• Advantageous: experience in software, SaaS, hardware, access control or security tech.
