JVR Software in Johannesburg East seeks a Business Solutions Specialist to bridge operations, technology, analytics and commercial strategy. You will analyse challenges, develop data-driven recommendations, and own projects to boost efficiency and overall performance.

You will confidently engage stakeholders, contribute to commercial strategy and translate findings into commercially viable solutions. A strong operations/analytics mindset with 5–7 years’ experience is expected.

Formación

• 5–7 years’ experience in Business Solutions, Industrial Engineering, Operational Optimisation or similar.
• Strong project management capability.
• Experience conducting data analysis and developing business solution recommendations.
• Exposure to operational optimisation and process improvement.
• Strong commercial and business-impact orientation.
• Experience contributing to contract negotiations and commercial strategy implementation.
• Advanced Power BI capabilities.
• Exposure to AI software/tools.
• Technology- and systems-driven mindset.
• Strong stakeholder and people-management skills.
• Self-motivated and able to take ownership of complex business problems.
• Industry exposure is open.
