Formación

• 712 years solutions architecture, implementation design, technical consulting, or service-development support.
• Strong background in enterprise monitoring, observability, automation, or AIOps platforms.
• Experience implementing complex technology platforms in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise infrastructure ecosystems including cloud, networks, servers and applications.
• Experience integrating monitoring or observability platforms into ITSM or operational systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation of AIOps, observability, monitoring and automation platforms within enterprise environments.
• Co-develop and Configure architecture solutions aligned to service delivery design.
• Translate architectural documentation into practical system implementation.
• Ensure platform installations meet operational and performance requirements.
• Integrate monitoring, observability and automation platforms into existing enterprise ecosystems.
• Configure integrations with enterprise tools such as ITSM platforms, automation frameworks, and infrastructure monitoring solutions.
• Ensure end-to-end operational visibility across systems.
• Provide technical guidance to ensure successful operational adoption.
