• Monitoring and instructing rebalances of investor accounts using the companys proprietary technology
• Designing, implementing, and monitoring business processes including investment mandates
• Process improvement with technology to enable scalable operations
• Coordinate with Asset Management team to notify flows into funds
• Scrutinise charges within funds and reconcile with expectations
• Develop relationships with investment platforms, advisers and clients
• Oversee business-wide projects within the operations team
• Develop and maintain expertise to add value across the investment proposition
• Contribute in a small, entrepreneurial team using Agile Scrum methodology
• Ensure strong computer literacy across tasks
