Job summary

Higher Intelligence, Roodepoort, is seeking a driven sales professional with 3+ years in renewable energy to develop new business and grow relationships with customers and resellers. The role covers Solar PV, Energy Storage and electrical components; travel and site visits are required.

Ideal candidates will have external technical sales experience, strong CRM skills, and the ability to close deals with Commercial/Industrial clients.

Qualifications

3 years' experience in renewable energy industry.
Experience in Solar PV, Energy Storage and electrical components.
External Technical Sales experience.
Proven ability to prospect, generate leads and close deals.
Experience selling to Commercial and Industrial customers advantageous.
CRM and sales pipeline management experience.
Ability to conduct customer site visits and basic system assessments.
Business-level English essential; Afrikaans advantageous.
Valid driver’s licence and ability to drive a company vehicle essential.
Willingness to travel and regularly visit customers and resellers.

Responsibilities

Develop new business and grow existing customer and reseller relationships.
Prospect, generate leads and close deals within renewable energy sector.
Manage CRM and sales pipeline; provide accurate forecasting.
Conduct customer site visits and basic system assessments.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions for Commercial/Industrial clients.
