Qualifications

• Strong business development and sales skills.
• Knowledge of solar PV and battery energy storage solutions.
• Experience in client relationship management and stakeholder engagement at multiple levels.
• Proficiency in proposal writing and presentations; basic financial analysis for deals.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills; customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently on-site or hybrid; meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in renewable energy, engineering services, or related industries is advantageous.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in standard office software and willingness to travel within the region.
