Job summary

S4 Integration (Pty) Ltd. in Gqeberha seeks a versatile Software Support Engineer who can maintain traditional software while working with low-code platforms.

You will provide end-to-end support for business applications and automated workflows, with a focus on uptime and quality. The role combines remote and on-site assistance, troubleshooting, deployment coordination, and collaboration with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in IT or a closely related field.
• Proven experience in traditional programming languages and SDLC.
• Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms (SharePoint, Nintex, K2, Power Platform).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relations skills.
• Willingness for shift rotations and occasional on-site visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality application and workflow support.
• Deliver remote and on-site assistance to minimize downtime and support production systems.
• Troubleshoot bugs, data synchronization issues, and workflow failures.
• Analyze procedures and processes to implement continuous improvements.
• Coordinate code migrations, software updates, and workflow deployments across environments.
• Liaise with clients, service delivery leads, and internal engineering teams to clarify requirements.
