Job summary

Tsebo Facilities Solutions seeks an experienced Soft Services Manager to lead and deliver all soft services on a client contract in line with the Master Service Agreement. The role is responsible for service quality, KPI delivery, client satisfaction, and effective financial and people management.

Matric; Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Facilities Management or similar; minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar environment; proven experience in people, budget, project and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end delivery of all soft services
• Ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met or exceeded
• Managing budgets, forecasting and cost control
• Leading teams and managing suppliers and subcontractors
• Ensuring compliance with H&S, statutory, client and Tsebo policies
• Building strong client relationships and managing expectations
