Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a strategic and compassionate Social Program Manager to oversee and expand our client’s community programs in Rustenburg. This leadership role drives the mission forward by managing existing projects, developing new initiatives, and ensuring effective delivery of services to the community.

You will collaborate with beneficiaries, staff, donors, and partners, guide program staff and volunteers, monitor progress, and report outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Administration or related field.
• Significant experience in program management within non-profit/charitable sector.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable program outcomes.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of Rustenburg socio-economic context.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate social programs and projects.
